Lost your ticket code? No problem...

If you have lost or misplaced your ticket code, it is on the email receipt you were sent if you used a credit card, and it's inside the "Your Details" page on the ShopShootSmarter.com store. Here's how to locate it from the store anytime you need to.

Step ONE: Hop onto the ShopShootSmarter.com online store and login by entering your email and password in the orange column on the left side, it looks like this:

Step TWO: When you click the Login button and the boxes will change to buttons with Your Details right on top like this:

Step THREE: Once you click the Your Details button, you will see your Customer Account screen that will list all the purchases made on this site at the bottom of the page. Locate the purchase you made for the ticket code needed and click the VIEW button to open it. it will appear on screen just like this:

Step FOUR: You will need to copy and paste your ticket code by simply double clicking it (or click and drag across it) then paste it into the TicketGate on ShootSmarterTV when you want to see a video. You will also notice at the top left section of the page that shows the actual ticket code is a link to Print view. Click that to make the ticket code easy to print, and then print it out for next time.
